Since the original company's beginnings in 1992, we have transformed our core business model from being a single food court restaurant to a multi-brand, multi-national organisation developing through corporate franchised expansion to locations in the Middle East and India, serving over 4 million meals per year.
HotBrands International™ and its executive are members of the International Council of Shopping Centres, the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres, and the Franchising Association of India (FAI).

Company History

Hotbrands International originally began operations as a small proprietorship in May 1992 with Fillings, serving specialty salads and sandwiches in the food court of BurJuman Shopping Centre in Dubai, UAE.
The shopping centre industry in the UAE was at a very nascent stage at that time. The initial struggle was testing but the rapidly growing shopping centre culture in the UAE and tighter controls on overall operations resulted in steady success.
